Between Chen Boulevard and Rabin Square, a contemporary Bauhaus building is planned, defined by clean lines and balanced proportions. It will house twenty-three residences — from compact apartments to a ~200 sq m penthouse with wide terrace, private roof, and pool. The project offers a way of living that connects timeless architecture with the surrounding culture, culinary life, and the distinct rhythm of the city.
